Students can register for a program and not attend a full day of that program if they wish. Students may not skip classes within a day. We highly recommend not missing the first day of an event as this is the time the instructors get to know the students and begin teaching combinations that may be worked on the following days. Instructors are not responsible for re-teaching information that was missed due to absences.
Refunds will be granted if an event is cancelled by The Joffrey Workshop. A credit for a future event will be given if a student is unable to attend.
The Joffrey Workshop strongly recommends leaving unnecessary devices at home and is not responsible for loss or damage.
When a student sustains an injury the student's emergency contact is informed immediately. The student will then be taken to the nearest emergency room if necessary.
The Joffrey Workshop takes medical needs and allergies seriously. Please inform us of any needs when registering your student. Our staff is given instructions on how to act in case of emergencies. A meeting with the student, parent/guardian, and The Joffrey Workshop staff can be arranged upon request.
